🏁 Are the routes suitable for beginners?
Yes. We have easy, traffic-free routes, especially designed for beginners. The free tours on Monday (road), Wednesday (MTB) and Friday (gravel) are ideal if you are just starting. For more advanced cyclists, Thursday Drach, Friday Pinarello Road and Saturday Tramuntana Epic are more challenging.
🎁 What does a premium tour include?
Brand bike (Pinarello Di2, Carbon MTB, premium Gravel or E-Bike depending on the tour), helmet, water, tour photos and a certified local guide. We take care of everything, you just come to ride.
📱 Can I book in advance?
Yes, it is highly recommended. During peak season (April-October) spots fill up quickly. Book online from this page and you will receive immediate confirmation. Limited to 10 people per group.
📍 Where do the routes start?
All departures are from our shop in Cala Bona, Paseo Maritimo 13, Son Servera. Saturday Tramuntana Epic includes minibus transfer from the shop.
🗣️ In what language is the tour conducted?
Spanish and English as standard. German available upon request for groups with a reservation. Our guides are locals from Mallorca with international experience.
🌦️ What if the weather is bad?
If the weather makes the outing unsafe (heavy rain, storm, winds over 50 km/h) the tour is cancelled and we will refund the full amount or reschedule it. In Mallorca, we enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine a year.
☀️ Is there a special tour in summer?
Yes. In June, July, and August we offer the Summer Early Birds route at 06:30. Perfect for going out, returning early, and enjoying the rest of the day with family or at the beach before it gets hot.
👶 Is it suitable for children or teenagers?
Free tours on Monday (easy road) and Wednesday (MTB) are suitable from 12 years old with basic experience. For families with younger children, rent a bike and take the Cala Bona-S'Illot promenade at your own pace.
🎒 What do I need to bring to a premium tour?
Just comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We provide the bike, helmet, water, photos, and guide. If you have your own pedals or SPD/Look cleats, bring them. In spring and autumn, bring a light layer in case it gets chilly.
📦 Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the departure with a full refund. If the cancellation is due to weather, a full refund is always given. Date changes at no cost subject to availability.
